I’m an ICF-certified coach, a DISC-certified practitioner, and I hold an MBA.
I’ve rebuilt my own life more than once — a new country, a career that started over, and a stretch where I had to work out who I was without the things that had been holding me up. I won’t call that a journey. It was a mess. But I learned how to think my way through one, and that’s what I do with people now.
I also coach Arizona nonprofits at no cost, because service isn’t a marketing strategy for me. It’s the reason I do this.
My coaching skills stem directly from the diverse human resource leadership roles I have hold in the insulators, accompanied by my personal life experiences, and the learning I ensured from that journey. After completing my MBA, I entered into Human Resources field as a learning and development specialist. I later moved to USA in 2015 and reignited my passion to lead people, project, processes. In these roles, I enabled C-suite employees to built dynamic teams, managed million dollar initiatives, and guided organizations through different stages of development including start-up, rapid growth, scale down, and reorganization.
